Birmingham Airport adds to their family of Mach-Secure products with the introduction of the Mach-SmartAccess Automated Boarding Pass Gates for their new Outbound Security Complex.
Following the successful opening of the new outbound central search facility adopting the Mach-SmartLanes, Mach-SmartView systems and the Mach-SEMS (Security Efficiency Management System) Birmingham Airport have now introduced the latest product from the Mach-Secure range of products which is the Mach-SmartAccess Automated boarding pass gate.

The Mach-SmartAccess gate system upon reading the presented boarding card automatically verifies the passenger is authorised to proceed on his journey. An Innovative and intelligent display system informs the passenger in a simple and intuitive manner

The new Mach-SmartLane® is an Integrated X-Ray baggage tray handling system that ensures optimum performance is achieved through the out bound security screening process.

This service can include PAX throughput simulation to determine equipment layout, architectural and layout design through to the complete installation and commissioning of the facility.
