UK Central Local Government awards MacDonald Humfrey (Automation) Ltd. prestigious Flow Control System Contract.

Following on from an 'Open Tender Process' the UK Central Local Government has awarded MacDonald Humfrey (Automation) Ltd. a contract to supply 139 flow control systems.

The flow control system is designed to operate in conjunction with Public Mass Decontamination Structures (PMDS) which have been put in place by the UK government to deal with the efficient and effective decontamination of civilians following any accidental or deliberate release of contaminates.

The flow control system, which consists of personnel displays providing visual and audible instructions, is designed to be a highly mobile solution in line with the PMDS themselves.

MacDonald Humfrey (Automation) Ltd. is to be responsible for the total design and supply of the systems, inclusive of integration into the existing control systems.
